Please note, we can only process the shipment of an order once full payment has been received.
As per standard, we aim to arrange dispatch for all in-stock units within 7 working days once payment has been received. Once the order is dispatched, as an estimate it will then takes 5-10 working days to arrive from the courier company.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping to international destinations.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information for your products. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier typically requires one business day from the time you receive this notification.
Depending upon your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent direct from our shipping facility. Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only, we are not responsible for any delay from the courier companies, and manufactures.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton
(when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Carrier may request to inspect the
item upon receipt of a claim.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as storage fees.
Please be noted that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and the risks of damage and loss of the products shall be transferred to you. This includes possible shipping
fees and Chinese import tax. We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.
If the package is not claimed withing 120 days of being returned the contents become the property of East Coast ASIC Repair.
All of our miners are tested to make sure they work prior to shipping. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any exchange claim need to be submitted by email before shipping, you can send us a detailed request to
the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All return claims must be approved prior to shipping via email, please send your detailed claims to our email: email@example.com.
We will not accept any returns that were shipped to us without an appropriate RMA provided by our email.
Return period is 7 days from date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be received at the same condition it was sent (whether is is used or brand new, whichever applied). It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are non-refundable such as: Hardware
Wallets, Seed Key Backup, Gift Cards, and all orders under $50.
Additional non-returnable items:

– Downloadable software products
– Services or Support
Do not send your purchase back under any circumstance to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, item/s which was returned over 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item, any return shipping is the customer responsibility and need to be package correctly with enough space for all the items as well as cushioning, insured and we also recommend highly recommend to add tracking as otherwise we will not be responsible for damaged items, or lost packages etc..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
*Cancellation fee up to 10% might apply for refunds that are due to change of heart.
**Restocking fee up to 30% might apply for returns that are not due to defective or damaged products. Shipping and handling fees may not be refunded.
***Any payment with cryptocurrency can’t be reversed or refunded. We will instead issue a store credit on your next order in case of returns or cancellations.
